Hi Smokemeakipper, I'm up to Day 73 and I've just posted some new photos. I just had a haircut so thought I'd focus on the donor area.
Here's a pic:

Agreed. If you have a small amount to do, then FUE is the way to go. Good luck. Looks great so far.Leave a comment:

Hey, how long is it til you go?
I think you should relax about the bandana! I was a little unlucky but suggest you wear the bandana as loosely as possible, though it has a tendency to come undone. Also, when you spray vitamin C and finisitil, make sure you allow it time to dry - say 20 mins.
You can wear the bandana the day after surgery, once you've been back to the clinic for your bandage to be removed from the donor area and your head's been cleaned.
drybone, I'd have to lose a lot more hair to consider FUT, but I appreciate the advice. I should be able to manage loss of the mid-section with a top up of FUE.
Looks really good chrisis. Looking forward to see the 90 day post op photos. Its kind of my decision maker regarding whether I'm going to go through with this or notLeave a comment:

Hey Chris
Not long for me now, but the bandana issue keeps cropping up.
Im scared of the grafts getting caught so Im wondering about alternatives.
Did Dr Feriduni have an alternative for you ie a hat?
In your pic the bandana seems awfully tight on the head so surely the grafts are at risk? Also is it ok to tie the bandana around the back of your head 1 day post op when the donor area is still red raw?

Anyways, I would suggest we take a good long look at FUT if you need more than one procedure. FUE is not perfect. You will still get little white dots instead of a white line.
FUT yields almost all of the grafts. For those who need multiple sessions or even one big session I do FUT with the overlap procedure to virtually eliminate the line.
