Now, obviously the 9% dht reduction isn't nearly as high as fin's 70%, but it's something to consider. Especially since any "damage" you do to your hormone levels with soy is certainly reversible.
my poor mans fin is tuna...i love the stuff anyway but its supposed to have plenty of protein, eat a lot of eggs but im not going to convince you im a bastian of pure body. i do eat a fair amount of crap so it prob takes away to pros of my health foods
