Yeah that crown is looking pretty thinned out. Does it feel thinner than it used to be all over the top/front of scalp as well?
Your hairline looks like it's in a good spot yet. From what I've read, finasteride works the best on the crown, so it might just be perfect for you. My opinion is give finasteride a shot.
