Yes, I would highly recommend them. If you're more than a nw3-4, then I would temper your expectations for one procedure. You'll be looking at one or two procedures in the front, and toppik (or a third procedure) in the back. If you're nw2-3, then I think one procedure (and some toppik on the crown), could give you a nice result.

In general, my experience was as advertised -- relatively pain free, no visible scarring on donor, and a quick recovery (took me 3 weeks before I was comfortable with a hat off, but other have been able to in 2 weeks)
edit: I was nw3 and received 1405 grafts in August '12. Most, if not all, of my grafts have grown out at this point. I'm happy, not just satisfied, with the result. If it gets any better over the next 12 months, which is what it's suppose to do, then i will be more than happy with the result.
