Sorry man, I haven't logged on in a bit. I am 21 but I have recently pinpointed why I think my acne is happening. I quit using whey/casein supplements (I was using 5-6 scoops per day) and my acne improved quite noticeably. Only one or two odd bumps here and there which I suspect could be improved by making further dietary changes. Have you considered using accutane or do you fear the sides?
