So what's most likely happening is that Propecia is shrinking your prostate. In medical field this is known as Prostate Atrophy. Now stopping propecia does allow the Prostate to enlarge again but no body really knows if it goes back to its original size or not! That's why in my opinion the guys @ Propeciahelp are still having Libido issues!

The rate of recovery will be based on a) how long you were on Propecia and b) how often were you taking it.
