    Me, I eat retarded amounts of eggs and whey, but I wouldn't suggest that not eating animal products makes you weak or anything. The girl I lift with deadlifted 325 pounds while weighing 140 pounds, being a strict vegan, and worst of all being female. I've talked her into eating eggs since then, but the 325 was lifted with basically nothing but veggies powering her. As long as you eat enough of a good variety, the protein is there. Only difference is it tastes better from an animal.
