I don't think I was being harsh. I too suffer from this and have gone through hell to fight it. I've gone through many HTs to fight this because I do think it IS a disfigurement and it IS something that make us ugly or at least unattractive. Do you really think someone with a bare scalp on his head can look as good as someone with hair? Some people are attractive or have nicely shaped heads which can help a little with their baldness but that's an exception. There's no point of trying to convince ourselves bald is beautiful because most of us know it isn't and that's why we're here. If someone thinks they're just as good looking being bald then good for them.
I'm not trying to put no one down or anything. Just telling it as it is. And it's not like I'm a non-balding man with a full head of hair and I'm trying to put bald people down.
