Hey, Its Jack. Toppik is a million times better than dermatch. Dermatch is useless unless they are producing the "fibers" now. Toppik is like a powder that you sprinkle into your hair. Most of it sticks provided that you have enough hair to support it. A little bit will end up on your forehead. Just wipe it off with a cloth and then use hair spray to keep it in place. Once you use hairspray it will stay in place even when you sweat....well if you sweat very profusely it can make a little bit of a mess. The only use for dermatch is to use it in combination with toppik which is what I ended ud doing once I got really thin on top and before I had to give up. In fact I used stuff called couvre which is really just like a scalp paint but which does do a good job of creating the illusion of thickness together with toppik.
