Dr. Wong did a good job actually on the scar. I had a bigger than usual scar from the previous 2 HTs (in LA) and it didn't look good but he fixed it for me.
I sometimes tell myself I'm only losing native hair but it's kind hard to believe I'm only losing native hair. I mean more than 4000 grafts in the first quarter of the head (hairline and temples) should be more than enough to give you good density. The other thing, I remember I had a lower hairline especially in the temples after my 3rd HT and now it looks receded and thin again. Yes, I did have a lot of native hair when I began my HTs but there's no doubt I'm losing transplanted hairs too. My only hope is I don't lose it all.
Even the doctor told me a small minority of people lose their transplanted hair and he thought that was the problem in my case. You can look it up online. There are similar cases and posts by men. It's the sad truth that no HT patient wants to hear.
