    Also, as for the thinking I've been doing lately: I have allowed my hair to become an obsession, and in doing so have dramatically increased my stress and anxiety. I know you are the same. I simply can't take the way I feel about it anymore, and really the only thing to do is take my mind off it. If my problem is indeed stress related, obsessing about it is in fact making it worse.

    I encourage you to change your thinking on the matter. I know I had to.
