Truthfully, they use a "Neograft" machine to pull out the GOOD grafts in the back and you are healed in about 48 hours (the donor area), no scars at all. With me, they used "dense packing" which means they make ONE recipiant site and they put TWO grafts in it. It gives a very thick dense look. If you have good donor hair, they can do that for you too, but it depends on how much donor hair you have. The WORST part of the procedure is laying face down while they remove the donor grafts. I just ask them if I can take breaks because my neck gets stiff. I started getting transplants from Dr. Bauman in 2007, then 2008, then 2010. I didn't get all 5200+ grafts at once.

I have NO regrets. I still get carded and I'm 41 years old. I think it's because of my hair and weight.
