I have diffuse thinning and receded temples, but a good forelock. I have seen two top doctors and they have two different approaches to the my hair loss.
The first doctor suggested just filling in the temples and rebuilding the hairline. Then down the road doing a second transplant. This doctor said that he couldn't go into the thining area because of the chance shock loss.
The second doctor, wants to shave my head and build around the forelock and put hairs in with the thinning hairs.
Can you give me your advice?
