Yeah I regained some of my recently lost hair at the temples and overall the quality and thickness of my hair seemed to improve. I also have not lost any hair since I started it and my hairloss was fairly aggressive so I thought. At first I experienced some mild side effects but I think most of these were in my head and they went after a couple of months.You should get on Nizoral shampoo or one with ketoconazole in it also.
