Hi Lou-Anne,
I just saw your thread about hairline lowering and just wanted to offer my support. Like you, I was born with a high forehead that to me looked quite masculine, especially with the recessions in the corners. Where we differ is I was not a candidate for hairline advancement so consequently, I had two hair transplants. (My second surgery was in April of this year so I am nowhere near having the final result yet.)
Anyway, I do hope you get the answers you are looking for. I know all about being self-conscious with one's hairline and agonizing over it while trying to hide it with bangs and strategic hairstyles.
