first of all HTs dont work period. most if not all of us would just of went bald if we knew that Hts come with false promises. I know that is not what you want to hear and it sucks believe me I know!! but that is how it is. secondly you dont know how the scars are going to turn out if they are gonna heal nicely or strech, scars are individual and unpredictable. Pigment does not take into scars well if it even takes to it. Not to mention that it prolobly be about 100 thousand dollors to take all the hair from the sides and back and your scar would be so bad and irritated more hair being taken right above a previous scar leaving a new scar irratating the previous one stretching it scaring it further. I could think of several more things but it sounds like you didnt have a HT yet so you are very very lucky my advice would be just to shave it or style your hair a certain way. Even if you do bald all the way so what you would look beter that way then with a HT.
