hello james, if you could get back to me asap, i would be very very grateful. i just booked surgery with this hosptial group the other day, but am now cautious after reading numerous complaints. i am worried i won't get back my £500 deposit too if i try and cancell. out of interst, whta was your consultants name??? i went to dolan park, bromgrove. be great to hear back
