IMO the best method is stick and place, using tiny needles to make the holes where the 1-3 haired grafts will be placed. No room for slipping/wiggling in these tiny holes. Also, a hole is made and graft is immediately placed in the hole getting it good blood supply/flow. Rather than making 1000+ slits/holes and then going back to plant the grafts.
