Please tell me where you ever saw me post the exact quote above. A retraction would be nice (but not expected).
Also your medical group was invited to a Live Surgery Work Shop less than 15 miles from your facility on September 24 of this year. This was declined. If you could not attend an event which was less than 20 minutes away, I do not think you ever have any intention of seeing a case.
