Hi,
I had a transplant at Hospital Group in May and they treated me very well and it wasn't too painful! The worst bit was the injections at the beginning as they stung a bit! I've spoken to them twice since and they have been excellent.
However, they messed things up beforehand with the payment and the op nearly didnt happen. I'm currently in communication with them about it as they were poor on this. If you're going to pay in lump sum beforehand fine but let me know if you're using the direct debit scheme and I'll explain my story. Who's your surgeon? Mine was a Dr Williams who was excellent, and his team is good too. Who was your advisor? Was it Bal Singh? How did you find him?
Hope this helps.
Ian
