I am trying to get some information about a Dr. Frank Manzanares who was once doing hair restoration in beverly hills and now has his own hair restoration center in the philippines. His technique is FUT transplant utilizing a mechanical implant device called the CHOI implanter. Not sure if you know him or have heard of him, I'm doing my research now to find out more if he is a worthy surgeon for this procedure or not. Your help would be appreciated.
