Bobby, Sounds like you're taking the same approach I did. It's just that my analysis was spread over a couple of years before I finally decided to act. I had visited a couple of practices in California, but never had a good feeling about them. After doing more research on the Internet, I thought Dr. Epstein would be my choice. I met him for a consult and we kind of clicked. My impression of him was that he was someone who would take the time necessary to do the job right and that his practice was focused on the patient. The thing about decision-making is that we can do all the research and analysis and still make the wrong decision - after all, we're only human. So, my recommendation is to meet with the doctors to learn about their philosophies and practices, compare them to one another and make a decision based on what you see - but also what you're gut is telling you. I was fortunate that I made a good decision. I have had two procedures now with Dr. Epstein and I only have good things to say about him. I wish you the best in your decision. Sorry for the late reply, I was out of the country for almost a month. Take care, John K
