The B Spot is giving you good advice. Take your time, surgery will always be there.
To answer your question about my friend, he said it’s been a great experience so far. Now it’s just a waiting game. I’ll be having hm on my program along with Dr. Alexander in the coming weeks. I’ll take a look at your photos and post my impressions in the morning.
