The patient desired a nice beard and goatee, born with little facial hair. The FUE technique was utilized so he would not have to worry about any visible donor site scar. A total of 1800 grafts were placed, creating a somewhat narrow "strap" beard with full goatee and sideburns. At 10 days, he shows great healing of the donor site and where the grafts were placed.
