30 year old with a class III patern hairloss who had previously had approx. 1000 grafts at 23 years old. He was feeling very uncomfortable with his results and wanted to be able to comb his hair straight back. We told him prior to his procedure that we would make in improvement, but did not want to remove any of the previous grafts and we would be able to improve on his present state by working around previous transplants. We did 2051 grafts and here are results 18 months post-op.
