    10.5 months post-op

    Hi friends,

Once again, a hugely busy schedule has resulted in a late journal entry...my apologies.

Month 10/10.5 has shown continued improvement in density and coverage. As you can see from this month's photos, I am growing my hair in very long now on the top, front, sides, and even the back. It is actually for a Shakespearean role I am about to do, and I am absolutely thrilled, because it is the first time in TEN YEARS that I have been able to grow my hair very long for a role! Another benchmark for me, compliments of Dr. Victor Hasson.

The couple of problem "thinner areas" I have reported in previous months' blogs (at a certain stretch of the hairline on the left, and at the place I usually like to part my hair on the right) continue to be thin, and a bit worrisome. (You can actually see the "thinner" area at my part pretty well on one of the posted pics.) I still have a little hope that it might fill in a bit more in those spots over the next couple of months (before the year-mark), but regardless, the over-all result is still quite pleasing, and has increased my confidence--both on stage and off--in a huge way.

Continued thanks to Dr. Hasson and his awesome team at H&W for this tremendous, renewed sense of self.

    See you mid-August!
