Hello again. The four-month point has seen the beginnings of some growth, and with it, a little bit of confidence building. The most significant development, however, is that the painful "ridge/seam" at the back left side of my donor area (where the two parts of my scalp were joined together) that I feared might never begin to heal and disappear, has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced in swelling, pain, and noticeability to the touch. I can still find the scar with my fingers when I go feeling around for it, and a small "ridge" still exists there, but it has undergone a significant improvement since this time last month, and this makes me VERY hopeful that in another month or two, it will be gone altogether. Still don't feel that I've made that "quantum leap" in actual hair growth yet that so many patients blog about (many at Month 4), but, again, the progress is noticeable, so I am REALLY looking forward to what this next month brings.
