This fellow had a previous 1500 strip done elsewhere and was a bit pluggy, and had a moderately wide scar. We densely packed his entire frontal region and gave him a nice tight 2 layer trichophytic closure. Periop and day 7 pics are shown, and he emailed a pic at day 12 out from suture removal as well.
