Sorry for the blurriness...I just bought a digital camera for the purpose of blogging here, and it's not the greatest. These pics show third day redness and, of course, the staples in the donor area. Still in a good deal of pain, and it's not easy to sleep, but the meds are helping. The most unexpected difficulty has been the itching, at both the donor and the recipient area. It's been more severe than I thought, but Dr. Hasson recommended an anti-allergy medicine called Reactine which has helped reduce the itching some. Looking forward to a couple weeks from now, when the itching (and the staples!) are gone.
