It is an all natural, make-your-own-recipe type of book. I have strated the program a couple of days ago.

Riqutte Hofstein has been making money off of vulnerable hair loss sufferers for decades. She is not a professional in the field and has absolutely zero creditability in my opinion. In fact it saddens me to see that she is still selling her books to desperate uniformed hair loss suffers in search of hope.
