Hey everyone,
Off-topic question but I figured this community has a lot of thoughtful people.
I’m trying to reduce how much time I spend on my phone each day, especially golf hit scrolling, but I don’t want to completely delete apps like Instagram or YouTube because I still use them for specific things.
For those of you who’ve actually managed to cut screen time long-term, what worked in practice?
App limits?
Specific routines or rules?
Switching to certain settings or tools?
I’m not looking for generic advice—just real strategies that you personally found effective. Thanks!
