Follow these steps to get your notifications silenced notify anyway for all the contacts:-
1. The first step is to tap on the Settings.
2. Then scroll down and find the Focus option.
3. Now proceed by setting up the settings accordingly.
4. Then go to Focus Status and then toggle off Share Focus Status.
5. Then other iMessage users will stop receiving notifications silent alerts from you.
