    Garage Flooring Epoxy vs Polyaspartic

Looking to get my 3 car garage done with new flooring and i've had 2 companies come out and both quoted the same price however two different products. One quoted a water based epoxy top coat and the other a solid based Polyaspartic top coat. From my research polyaspartic is a newer tech and higher gloss with UV resistance garage floor coating gold coast. seems to cost more generally but i was curious if we had any experts in here who can guide me in a direction?

I have been looking into garage floor epoxy contractors because my garage floor has several stains, surface cracks, and areas where the concrete is starting to wear down. I want a finish that not only looks cleaner but also lasts for years without peeling or chipping under regular vehicle use. Mill Creek Painters was recommended to me recently, so I wanted to hear real experiences from homeowners who hired them for epoxy flooring work.

What makes Mill Creek Painters different from other garage floor epoxy contractors in terms of preparation and durability? I know the surface preparation stage is extremely important, especially grinding, crack repairs, and moisture testing before applying coatings. Did their crew explain the process clearly before starting the project?
