How hard is MSW program

The MSW program itself is very hard, but rewarding in the sense that you're doing something worthwhile. The work environment is also challenging, but there are many great things about it such as being able to witness people grow and change. If you have a passion for social work and enjoy working with others, the more difficult aspects can be overcome. It's a lot of self-reflection and having to read everything with a critical eye, trying to find something new in everything you read.
