I want to start my own business in repairing a-1 appliance repair and freezers. I have the necessary certifications and experience to work on them. What would I need to start out? Is it ok to just charge the diagnostic fee and if it can't be fixed it's free and do I charge for the part that's needed?

I had a hard time fixing appliances in my business when I started it. Well, like any business development it's never easy when you start, but you can't taste the sweet and fruitful profits after a few years and you realize that being independent and the boss of your own self is the best thing ever. We had a great start with our fire company and we start employing more and more people to work for us. We even have problems with our scheduling of the employees as there is not an official HR. I had to look for a program like https://tracktime24.com which was great and easy to use for all of them and allowed me to track every hour worked.Comment
