Now is not the best time to buy apartments/houses/cottages. Just due to the time of year, prices always change. As far as I know, cottages and houses become more expensive by the summer. Honestly, I don't know why the price of the apartment changes. I wanted to buy a cottage and live there for the whole summer. As it turned out, it is much more profitable to rent a cottage than to buy. For example, last summer I rented Cottages in St Ives, and it turned out to be twice as cheap as if I had bought a cottage.Comment
