Trying to track down an old high school buddy from the early 2000s

Hey guys, I'm hoping someone here might have some clever ideas. I’m trying to find an old friend of mine from high school. We lost touch right after graduation back in 2004 when his family moved out of state to Ohio. I’ve tried searching for him on Facebook and LinkedIn, but his name is relatively common (Jason Miller), and I’m just getting thousands of identical results with no way to filter them properly. I don't know his current phone number or his exact city anymore, just his full name and our old hometown.
