I am trying to purify reduced niclosamide by methods of recrystallization. I am an undergrad so I would say I am still in the learning stages of everything in the Organic Lab. Anyways the procedure says to recrystallize in a solution of CHCl3/EtoAc and cool with scratching, but I am not sure if they mean mixed-solvent recrystallization? I have tried it a couple of times, but in the end after the solution has cooled I have not seen any crystals form and I want to know what I could be doing wrong. niclo bio capsules 99% purity
