For permanent SMP, you closest reliable clinic would be HIS in Chicago. For temporary SMP, your closest would be Shapiro Medical Group in Minneapolis. -

HIS is not that great.. I've read lots of posts on their boards of turning blue, looking fake, and fading.. Their a huge company and spread far too thin with way too many different practitioners to get a guaranteed result.Comment
