What is with all the really bad hairlines with SMP procedures? This is making the industry look like a joke. I'm assuming that most of the SMP staff don't know howto make a natural hairline. They are all perfectly straight and silly. What's the issue?
Really bad hairlines!

Looks like a dolls head I had when I was a kid. You guys need to read "Up in the air"s posting about fixing that un-natural looking hairline. He uses make up and gives very good instructions on doing it yourself. I did it for my husband and it really helped it look more natural. Not sure why they haven't figured this out yet, give them more time.Comment

Creating a natural and undetectable hairline is challenge in every hair restoration procedure. Any potential patient considering SMP should conduct detailed research about the treatment and determine beforehand whether or not they are suited for the procedure. I think using temporary SMP ink to draw irregular lighter hairline with semi-frequent touch up should serve better results.Comment

The problem is, is many clients want to go for that fresh haircut look. The fact remains though, it's SMP not a haircut. Replicating a shaved head will NEVER be a perfectly straight line. Flippo, your treatment looks AMAZING man, congrats.Comment

Thank you DC and I found not agree more! Fracturing the hairline is key and when I shave my head I can't even tell where my own transplanted hair begins!Comment

Thank you the practitioner is definitely the key. Matt Lulo is amazing and after practicing and running US operations for HIS he started his own company HeadstrongNY (I think they have three locations now). He's the best I know of in the US and is a great guy! Happy to answer any questions you may have.Comment
