Transplant advice?

[long time bald]

I currently wear a hair piece and have done so for quite a few years, which i am more than happy with.My problem is now that the side temple area(the pointy part above the ear) is thinning quite a bit.
Has anyone had a transplant done in this area to help rectify the situation?
If so how did it work out?
