    Hair products

So I am having some questions about hair products and their effect on the hair and the scalp.
I use a strong hair spray which gives an illusion of somewhat more volume.
I always shower in the mornings and showering before going to bed is a nightmare for me so when I apply the spray after my shower in the morning it stays on whole day and night during my sleep.
I was thinking if this is bad for hair and also can it be contributing to my scalp itch?
I am not sure about the itch because I ve been doing that for more than 10 years and my itch only started last february.
Do you think I need to change my routines (ie showering in the evening instead of morning)? I certainly cannot do without the spray so this will be the only way.

I know probably it's not good for hair but it gives an illusion of double amount of the hair I have. normally my hair looks very tired and fragile (now I think it may be using due to using spray for 10 years now, I don't know), spray makes it look thick. maybe I should get a shorter hair cut, now it's medium length and I use a all combed back style (as seen in the photo) so it takes a good amount of spray to make it stay like that.

I shower both in the mornings and evenings. This has no impact on the care of my hair in any way.

At the moment I do not have any good quality pictures, my aim was not to evaluate how bad is my hair condition at the moment, I know it's pretty bad looking without styling. I just wanted to show how I wear it at the moment and to receive some advice if I can use any products other than spray (maybe something less harmful to hair quality) to achieve a similar look.

And you expect people to do that without seeing what your hair actually looks like?
