    Spots on my head hurt

I'm 17 atm, and I've noticed on the top of my head about 3 inches forward of my crown, there is a tiny pinch sized area of hair that just feels sore. Like my head itself feels sore. No hair or anything is falling out though or anywhere else. Sometimes it's there and sometimes not... any ideas?

Yeah I had the dreaded burning itch and soreness on my head that would later turn into the bald spot that was starting to form it is usually the first sign.. the first hint of androgenetic alopecia that is happening.. but don't take my word for it seek out a dermatologist to examine what is going on.. let him take a look and make his determination.

Wow I remember that happened to me, I ended up getting Alopecia Areata and MPB. This happened to me in my late teens.

Don't panic, at 17 I didn't have the intelligence to seek help online. You at least caught it very early to the point where you can stop/slow down the hair loss if it does come.

I said wow because I remember not knowing what that meant, now I think there's a connection.

It's weird because ----honestly---- if I fap then it happens usually a day afterwards but if I don't for a couple days then it never happens. And it's only sore for maybe 15 minutes or so then goes away. But yeah i'll take your advice and have someone look at it, is this a definite sign of MPB? Or just so happens to be that my head is sore?
