NEED to get a referral for dermatologist Dr Fenton (London), HOW?

A poster on here recommended seeing Dr Fenton in London as a dermatologist operating privately.

I have gotten together some money to pay his fee and the expensive transport arrangements to far off London.

I've contacted his clinic but I was refused an appointment because I do not have a "referral". My GP refuses to give me such a "referral" and refuses to refer me to any skin specialists. (FWIW I cannot get generic fin prescription off him either.)

Someone said here that Dr Fenton could help me check for other skin/scalp issues I might have. I need that help. Even if I was referred to an NHS dermatologist (always refused) I'd be waiting at least 12-18 months and I need to see a specialist NOW because my health is being destroyed by what is going on.
