is there any difference between generic meds and branded? (other than price)

That would explain why it has not worked for me.
How can i tell that what i have bought is fake? And if it is fake how can i do something about it?

I agree with Dr. McAndrews they should be the same. That is a long as you are getting them from U.S. pharmacies. Medications ordered over the internet that come form foreign countries are not regulated by the FDA. Hopefully the patent on Propecia will run out soon and other companies can start making generic Finesteride 1mg. Remember saving a few bucks may not be worth it if you have no idea what is really in these cheaper medications.
