It is not just the length of hair that makes a person look older or younger, but the actual style that the hair is cut.

Short hair makes me look older due to the fact it exposed my huge forehead. I generally keep my hair long and it makes me look younger. Im actually 24 years old age, but people say I look 16-18 with my long hair. But your right about the style, I have long bangs that covers my forehead.
