    Procepia age

Generally for males whats about the right age to start using this treatment. Im currently 19 and understand that I am too young to try this treatment however roughly what is the best age for a bad situation.

    Many thanks

If you are experiencing MPB then the sooner you start the meds the better

I thought that it would be more damaging to take before finishing puberty. Can Regain be used from a lower age than Procepia?

You would be amazed at how much hair you can lose from MPB within a year, even if you're not headed to a NW5 - NW7. You should start immediately in my opinion. The clinical trials of propecia involved guys who were 18, so 19 should be fine.

Observation made by my cosmetic surgeon is that people around my age and younger often have complaints about the sexal side effects of finasteride moreso than others. I am 22.

Just get on it now. Why are you asking if you need it?
Just prepare for a life of being on a stupid pill for the rest of your life.

I personally suspect it might be safer to wait until your body stops developing (normally during age 20 in males), but others with more knowledge about this seem to think it's fine to use it at 19.

To answer your other question, it should be fine to use minoxidil at your age. You might also consider trying 2% ketoconazole shampoo.

                Your already going Bald?

I wouldnt do anything. My first thread wasnt aware you were just a kid.

Just wait untill your much older and your hair is really falling out.

I think he's just an older gentleman and unfamiliar with highly premature hair loss.

bob, just to let you know, a surprising number of guys start losing their hair in their late teens or early to mid 20's. It sucks. You're lucky to have as much hair as you do at your age!
