I've been on finasteride for around 19 years and switched to dutasteride slowly since last October due to losing a bit more ground in the temples (3 weeks since full-time dutasteride). The other day I noticed this this spot to the upper side of the crown on one side that I never had before. My loss has always been in the temples.
I had these old heaphones that I loved, but they snapped and I taped together while I tried to find a replacement pair I liked (have since replaced). Eventually the taped together part formed this dip that lands right where that thin spot is. Could that have caused it?
