Suggestions- Keto + LLLT working, can’t do Min, Fin, or Dut

I’m a Norwood 2 in the front, about a 4.5 in the crown. I’m a male in his mid 40s, but health monitoring shows I’m biologically early-mid 30s (high five!) Pretty much every male in my family goes to about a Norwood 6.

The first successful thing I tried over a decade ago was Niz shampoo and it did a bang up job slowing down my hair loss. I use it every day.

The second was an LLL T helmet. I started with an iR Pro which slowed down the loss further, and then switched to a T. dome Pro three years ago which pretty much halted my loss completely, so that’s great. I use that every day as well!

Min, fin, and dut are all off the table for me for medical reasons, and I tried essential oils and microneedling for months and months without any results.

Since I’ve managed to basically stop the hair loss, it would be amazing if I could actually start to get some regrowth now, as who knows how far I can go. Do you have any suggestions, either internal or external, which I should add to my regimen to stand a chance to start getting regrowth? Thank you so much!

You’ve already done the hard part by stopping loss. Without min/fin/dut, true regrowth is usually limited, but you can improve thickness and density if follicles are still alive. Best additions to try (in order):
    1. Topical adenosine (daily, leave-in) – strongest evidence for non-hormonal crown thickening.
    2. Topical caffeine (leave-in) – modest anagen extension; synergizes with LLLT.
    3. Low-dose topical melatonin at night – antioxidant, small density gains.
