Making a hair growth tracking app - what would you want to see?

I’m currently building a hair growth tracking app for myself and for anyone going through the same journey, and I’d really appreciate your input.

Whether you’ve had a transplant, are using hair loss meds, or want to track progress, the goal is to create a tool that becomes the go-to source for info & tracking, without cluttering your gallery with a 1000 photos of your forehead.

Here’s what I’m working on so far:
    • Daily photo log (stored on the app, not your device)
    • Comparison slider gallery to view progress over time
    • Medication reminders & notifications
    • Symptom tracker (for things like redness, itchiness, new growth, sleep quality, etc.)
    • Central database of FAQs and recommended products
I’ll be launching soon, and the prelaunch signup page is live, check it out here: https://newhairlog.com

Before I actually finish the 1st version of the app, I’d love to hear from you:
    1. What features would you find useful in an such an app?
    2. Is there anything you’ve felt was missing when trying to track your own results?
Any feedback or ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance, as I’m building this to be genuinely helpful, and your input would mean a lot to me!

My idea: AI-powered photo analysis that automatically detects and highlights changes in hair density or coverage over time; maybe with heatmaps or percentage change estimates. This would give users more objective feedback than just comparing photos manually.
